As appointed Property Managers Specialist Property Asset Management (SPM) has been appointed to undertake recurring inspections at Norbury House.   There are three types:

• General premises inspections (Monthly)

• Emergency lighting checks (Monthly)

• Fire doors (Quarterly)

The Inspections should be undertaken using Microsoft PowerApps. 

 

To access the App you will need to have been authorised to do so.  

 

Log in will be using SPM credentials.  That is your SPM Microsoft user name and password.

It is of note that the app geo-tags the location of the inspections.

Time and dated photographs of fire doors, areas inspected and non-conformities should be recorded in inspection reports.​
