Contractors working in proximity to Asbestos Containing Materials should undertake task specific risk assessments and prepare suitable method statements for the work they are undertaking. They are responsible for taking adequate steps to prevent harm to themselves, their employees and residents of Norbury House.
A precautionary approach should be adopted at all times.
