NHMC is responsible for the management of Norbury House.

Managing Agent

The appointed managing agent is Speciality Property Asset Management (SPM).

The Managing Agents are available 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.

 

At all other times there is an out of hours service which can be contacted on 0121 600 7900 for use only in an emergency.

 

NB: This is for an emergency within the communal areas only and not for emergencies within your apartment.

 

If you have an emergency within your apartment please call your insurers.

 

On Site Management

There is no day to day on-site management team, the NHMC committee can however be contacted by Email at admin3@norburyhouse.org

Management Team

The team consists of volunteers with an active interest in the development, most of whom live within the development.

 

Signing up to the private 'Residents Only' Area

There are private pages only accessible to residents of Norbury House. 

​

To 'sign up' please use the log in icon in the top right hand corner of this page.   Follow the instructions.   This will generate an email request to the website administrator.  They will then authenticate you as a user.

​

'Signing up' will allow you to keep up-to-date with Management Committee notifications and support overall resident engagement.
